Today the Margaritelli Group works in a variety of industrial sectors. A story of entrepreneurial success built upon a passion for technological innovation that has been passed down in the Margaritelli family for the past 4 generations.
Milestones
Margaritelli has a long distinguished track record within the railway construction industry. From as early as 1950 we became one of the main suppliers of wooden sleepers for Italian State Railways - Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.

We produce a wide range of sleeper models, both for conventional lines and for high speed lines as well as for customised applications. An automatized equipment, specifically developed by our R&D for the dimension checking of production batches, simplifies the management of an ever expanding product range. Flexible logistics solutions, where possible by rail, ensure punctual deliveries.
Certifications
Our production processes are closely monitored from beginning to end, turning out registered and patented products. All our plants are certified for their low environmental impact. Our sleepers are patented and approved both in terms of product and process.
